Refund and Reschedule Policy

Thank you for purchasing tickets to our park. Please read our refund and reschedule policy carefully before booking.

Refund Policy:

1. If you wish to cancel your booking and request a refund, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your booking date.
2. If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before your booking date, no refund will be issued.
3. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
4. You will be refunded no later than 14 days after we receive the refund request.

Reschedule Policy:

1. If you wish to reschedule your booking, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your booking date.
2. Rescheduling can only be done once.
3. The rescheduled date must be within 30 days of the original booking date.
4. If the rescheduled date is more than 30 days from the original booking date, it will be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be issued.
