The general entrance fee is 6KWD per person.
Yes, we offer a discounted rate of 3KWD for nannies accompanying children.
Children under the age of 4 can enter the park for free. Each ride has an age or height restriction please read each specific ride’s instructions carefully before enjoying them.
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for groups purchasing 10 tickets or more, and a 5% discount for groups purchasing 5 or more tickets. They are automatically applied upon checkout.
Bay Zero has a range of cuisines from fresh juices, to sandwiches, wraps, slushes, and quick small bites. We have a couple of fast food joints joining us in July 2023 for the summer peak season. Dine-in to pick-and-go options will also be available.
We have male and female locker rooms with approximately 60 lockers each on a first come and first serve basis. The locker rentals are 3KWD per day. Please have your civil id ready to be taken as a deposit to return back the keys at the end of your fun-filled park day. You can find locker purchases at the customer service desk by the locker rooms, after entering the park.
Smoking is prohibited in the park. We request visitors to be considerate of other guests.
In order to maintain a family-friendly atmosphere, we kindly request that our visitors dress accordingly for the beach. While in the pools in the park, it is mandatory to wear appropriate swimwear only, that is modest in design, and not too revealing swimsuits. However, wearing jeans or T-shirts in the pool is not advised. Please note that clothing displaying offensive or inappropriate symbols is strictly prohibited, and we reserve the right to request its removal or concealment.
We’ve got some seriously cool ones that are guaranteed to make your visit a total blast! Today, we’re excited to have these three awesome pools open – the Lazy River, Splash Zone for Kids, and the mega Wave Pool. And get this – we’re thrilled to announce that in just a couple of months, our Oasis Zone will be home to the largest pool in Kuwait, opening in July 2023. So, stay tuned for more updates on this epic new addition!

Yes, please ask any of the lifeguards wearing red board shorts for directions to the clinic, there is alwasy a doctor and nurse on-site.
Customers cannot change their booking dates or request a refund if the booking date is less than 48 hours from the present date. If customers cancel their bookings less than 48 hours before the booking date, no refunds will be issued. Refunds will be made only in the original form of payment.
Customers can reschedule their bookings only once, provided they give 48 hours’ notice. The new date must be within 30 days of the original booking date. If the rescheduled date is more than 30 days from the original booking date, it will be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be issued.
